Instructions:
  1. Cut pork into thin pieces.
  2. Tenderize meat carefully.
  3. Divide the piece of cheese in two parts. Cut one part into small slices.
  4. Take a small bowl and mix mustard with mayonnaise and mashed garlic in it.
  5. Salt and pepper meat.
  6. Cover it with this yummy sauce. Fill each slice of meat with the slice of cheese and tomato.
  7. Form tight rolls.
  8. Put them into the tray, lubricated with butter. Bake everything for an hour at 356 F.
  9. Grate the rest of the cheese.
  10. In 40 minutes add this grated cheese into the tray, covering all the rolls.
