Instructions:
  1. First, prepare all the main ingredients. Fill the pan with the thick bottom with milk. Add cream and 1/3 of sugar. For your dessert to be fragrant, add fresh seedless vanilla.
  2. Bring this mass to boil. Reduce the heat and cook everything for 3-4 minutes. Take the pan off the fire.
  3. Separate yolks and whites. Whisk yolks with a half of the sugar. The mass shouldn`t be too thick at the end.
  4. Add egg mass to the pan with milk. Stir everything constantly until the mass is smooth. Now return the pan on the oven and cook milky mass for 5 more minutes.
  5. Cook pistachio paste. It is not that difficult to do it. Use raw nuts for this purpose. Cover the tray with the parchment and transfer all the nuts to it. Bake them at 375 F for 10-15 minutes.
  6. Take a small saucepan. Add the rest of sugar into it as well as 2 tbsp of cold water. Boil everything stirring constantly.
  7. In 3-4 minutes you may add nuts to the saucepan with the syrup. Mix everything for them to be well covered with the sweet sauce.
  8. Turn off the heat and leave nuts to cool down. In 10 minutes add them along with almond to the bowl of the blender. Pulse everything for 3-4 minutes. Add vegetable oil and blend everything one more time.
  9. Add this tender mass to the cream and whisk everything with a powerful blender. If you want to make your dessert brighter, add food dye. When the mass is smooth enough, transfer it to the bowl and leave in the fridge for 3-5 hours.
  10. Take the ice cream out of the fridge. Whisk it one more time and put your ice cream into the freezer for 1 hour. Repeat the same process for 5-6 times.

Serve fresh ice cream with nuts, chocolate or mint leaves. Bon Appetit!
