Instructions:
  1. Turn fresh strawberries into a smooth puree and set it aside.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cover a baking pan with parchment or grease it with frozen butter.
  3. Take a large bowl and mix the flour with baking soda and baking powder. Add salt and leave the dry ingredients aside.
  4. In a separate bowl whisk butter with sugar. The mass should be very smooth. Slowly add whipped egg whites. Pour sour cream carefully and add vanilla. Continue whisking everything until the cream is smooth. Add the dry ingredients together with strawberry puree and mix everything carefully.
  5. Pour this dough into baking pans. Bake everything for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Take the baking pan out of the oven and leave it to cool down for 10 minutes.
  7. In the meantime make the tender frosting. Beat frozen strawberries with a powerful blender. Take another bowl and whip cream in it. Add butter and continue whipping everything. Add strawberries, sugar, milk, and vanilla. Cook everything until the mass is creamy.
  8. Now form your beautiful cake. Cover each layer and the edges with the frosting. Transfer this dessert to the fridge.
