Tender Lemon Cake with Almond

Meanwhile cook the cream. Whip yolk with the sugar. Add lemon juice and flour. Boil everything until the mass is thick. Leave it to cool down and add butter. Whip everything and use this cream to decorate both layers and the edges of the cake.
Decorate it with the rest of grated almond or even add yellow sugar flowers.
