Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 356 F. Whip yolks with sugar until mass is really light. Slowly add grated lemon zest and almond.
  2. Take another bowl and whip cold whites in it. Mix this two masses and pour everything into the form, covered with butter and flour. Bake the dough until its ready.
  3. Leave this layer to cool down. Cut it into 2 pieces.
  4. Meanwhile cook the cream. Whip yolk with the sugar. Add lemon juice and flour. Boil everything until the mass is thick. Leave it to cool down and add butter. Whip everything and use this cream to decorate both layers and the edges of the cake.

Decorate it with the rest of grated almond or even add yellow sugar flowers.
