Instructions:
  1. Start cooking fried apple slices by melting butter in a large frying pan. Wash the apples carefully. Cut them into slices, getting rid of the core.
  2. Transfer apple slices to the pan.
  3. Add brown sugar, salt and spices.
  4. Mix everything very carefully for the slices to be covered with this fragrant mass.
  5. Pour in 0.25 cup of fresh apple juice.
  6. Reduce heat and cook apples for about 10-15 minutes. They should be soft and tender but not mushy.
