Instructions:
  1. Chop onion and mix it with minced meat.
  2. Chop dill and add it into the bowl as well.
  3. Mash white bread and put it into the bowl with cream.
  4. Wait for several minutes and combine these ingredients with minced fish.
  5. Then you need to chop shrimp. They will give your dish nice flavor.
  6. Add them to the rest of ingredients.
  7. Salt and pepper raw ingredients to taste.
  8. Separate yolks and whites.
  9. Whip them quickly.
  10. You need to make thick white mass.
  11. Then mix all the ingredients using your hands.
  12. Put this mass into the fridge for 20-30 minutes. This will make your chops juicier. What`s more, it will be much easier for you to work with this mass.
  13. Form middle-sized balls.
  14. Roll them in the flour and flatten each ball.
  15. You may use knife for this purpose.
  16. Preheat the pan with olive oil and fry your chops until there is nice crust.
  17. Turn them over and continue frying.
  18. Then you need to slow down the fire, cover the pan with the lid and cook your dish for 6-8 minutes. You may either stew them or bake in the oven.
