Instructions:
  1. First, pulse graham cracker crumbs, using a powerful blender. Add 2 tbsp of sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix everything one more time.
  2. Cover baking pan with butter. Fill it with the crumbs and press everything carefully.
  3. Preheat the oven to 375 F. Bake this layer for 5 minutes.
  4. Add chopped chocolate to the pan with the thick bottom. Pour in milk and add vanilla. Simmer everything stirring constantly. Do not let your chocolate ganache boil.
  5. Take the pan out of the oven and leave it to cool down. Cover baked layer with chocolate ganache and let it sit.
  6. Transfer it to the fridge and leave for 3-4 hours. Top everything with sugar powder and fresh berries.

Serve it immediately. This dish can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days.
