  1. Start by preheating the oven to 365 F. Take a large bowl and whisk fresh eggs in it. Slowly add sugar and flour. Stir in soft butter. Add baking powder and mix everything one more time. This mass should be smooth and tender.
  2. Mix cocoa powder with the amount of hot water needed to make a thick paste. Add it to the bowl with the rest of ingredients.
  3. Prepare baking pans. Cover each one with the thin layer of butter. Pour in chocolate mass. Bake each layer for 20 minutes.
  4. Now it`s important to leave everything to cool down.
  5. In the meantime cook perfect topping. First, fill the middle-sized bowl with cold cream. Melt chocolate on the waterbath. Combine melted chocolate with cream. Set the bowl aside.
  6. Now you can decorate your dessert. Transfer the first layer on the large plate. Cover it carefully with tender cream and chocolate topping. Add second layer and repeat the process. Don`t forget to add a portion of the jam on the top of the first layer. Cover the edges and the top of the cake with the leftovers of the cream.
  7. Top everything with tender sugar powder and cocoa. Place your cake into the fridge for 2-3 hours. This tender cake should be served cold.

If you do not like desserts with jam, you can omit this ingredient. Be careful not to add too much cocoa powder. Otherwise your dessert won`t be that tender and moist.
