Instructions:
  1. Preheat the pan to 350F. Rub the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Put a slice of ham on top of the chicken and form rolls. Stick a toothpick through each roll to keep it all together.
  3. Now you need to prepare the fragrant breadcrumbs. All you need is to mix minced garlic with butter and add breadcrumbs into it. Dip the chicken rolls into this mass for it to be covered with these fragrant crumbs.
  4. Bake the chicken rolls for 30-40 minutes.
  5. In the meantime cook the sauce. Melt 2 tbsp of butter in a small saucepan. Add flour and boil everything for a minute.
  6. Now it's time to add milk and wine. This sauce should be smooth enough. Add Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard. Bring this sauce to boil, reduce the heat and continue simmering everything. If you like, you can add grated Parmesan cheese while the sauce is still hot.

Serve the chicken with this thick sauce while it's still hot. It tastes great with side dishes such as fresh salads and roasted veggies. You will love the taste of this exquisite dish!
