  1. Pour water into the baking form and put it into the freezer for 5 minutes. Fry almond in the dry pan for 3-4 minutes. Turn it into crumbs.
  2. Then you need to grind cookies as well. Mix breadcrumbs with ground almond.
  3. Crash chocolate and melt it on the water bath. Mix it with cream. Add crumbs and almond and make a smooth dough.
  4. Take the form out of the fridge and cover it with the tinfoil. Fill it with the chocolate mass and make a smooth layer. Put the form into the fridge.
  5. Mix gelatin with 0.25 cup of water. Leave it for 20 minutes. Make cottage cheese smoother and mix it with sugar. Add yoghurt and whip everything well.
  6. Strain gelatin and mix it with lemon juice. Heat it on the water bath. Mix gelatin with cottage cheese. Take a separate bowl and whip cold cream in it. Mix this whipped mass with cottage cheese. Add cheese layer and put the cake into the fridge for 4-5 hours.
  7. Now you`ll need to decorate the cake. Melt chocolate, mixed with cream on the water bath. Add dry tea powder and mix everything well. Pour this mass into the silicone forms. Decorate your cheesecake with nice green leaves and flowers.

If you like, you may decorate the cheesecake with coconut shaving. That`s it. Bon Appetite!
