Tender Carrot Cream Soup with Spicy Ginger

  6. Pour water into the pot. Stew everything for several minutes until the vegetables are soft.

  8. Cover the pot with the lid. Stew all the ingredients for 10 more minutes.
  9. Strain half of the water. Use a blender to turn all these bright vegetables into a soft and smooth mass.
