  1. Wash potato well, using a soft brush. Boil it in the pan and strain the water. Add water and cook potato until it`s soft.
  2. Take the pan off the fire. Cook garlic sauce. Mash garlic carefully. Add it into the bowl with sour cream. Add salt, pepper and mix everything well. Add chopped parsley. If you like unusual tastes of the salty dishes, add one sprig of mint as well. Sprinkle everything with the lemon juice.
  3. Now you`ll need to continue cooking potato. Cover the tray with the baking paper and lubricate it with butter. Put potato on this tray. Mash each vegetable.
  4. Cover mashed potato with the yummy garlic sauce and bake the vegetables in the tray. The oven should be preheated to 392 F. Cook potato for 15 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven. Add grated hard cheese and continue baking for 5 more minutes.

Now your dish is ready. Serve it on the plates together with the slices of avocado, sprinkled with the lemon juice. Don’t forget to add fresh herbs. Bon Appetite!
