Instructions:
  1. Mash canned tuna with a fork. Mix it with spicy sauce (trasitionally sriracha sauce us used), rice vinegar and mayonnaise.
  2. Chop scallions carefully and add them to the tuna mass as well.
  3. Place nori lists on the working table. Transfer the first one to the bamboo mat.
  4. Wet your fingers and carefully spread cold precooked rice on the one half of the sheet.
  5. Place the layer of tuna mass in the middle of the list.
  6. Form tight rolls, using bamboo mat. Wet the edges of the nori list with the water and form the roll.
  7. Cut this long roll into smaller pieces and serve with wasabi and soy sauce.

This meal is creamy, spicy and very tasty.
