  1. Start cooking with vegetables. Wash the veggies. Cut radishes into thin slices as well as onion, cucumbers and yellow bell peppers. You can also use red bell pepper, but the yellow color will make your salad brighter.
  2. Add salt and pepper as well as lemon juice and oil.
  3. Mix chili powder with the leftovers of salt and pepper. Rub white fish with this mix of spices.
  4. Preheat frying pan with a small amount of oil. Add minced garlic and cook it for about a minute. When the oil is garlic scented, add fish into the pan. Fry it from both sides for 3 minutes. Sprinkle the slices of fish with 1 tsp of lemon juice and set it aside.
  5. Cook poultry. There are a lot of ways to cook chicken breast. We recommend using the leftovers of shredded chicken.
  6. Cook salad dressing. Mix wine vinegar or apple vinegar with 2 tbsp of oil.
  7. Transfer all the ingredients to the bowl and mix everything carefully.

Serve this salad bowl with crunchy tortillas. You can also add thin lemon slices and pieces of avocado. If you want to make this taco salad with chicken breasts and fish more hearty, serve it with sour cream or Greek yoghurt.
