This recipe is the mixture of Mexican and Italian cuisines.  Hot tortilla, filled with salty cheese, fresh tomatoes and balsamic cream is more nutritious alternative to the light Italian salad.

Instructions:
  1. Cut tomatoes and mozzarella. Tore leaves into pieces.
  2. Fry tortilla for a minute or two for it to be crunchy.
  3. Mix tomatoes with cheese and basil. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything carefully.

Fill tortilla with this mass. Add several drops of the balsamic cream. Bon Appetite!

I love Caprese! The perfect combination of taste. Italians know a lot about food. Everything is simple, but very tasty!
