There should be used a big amount of parsley for cooking this dish. So, get rid of the stems and wash leaves well.

Instructions:
  1. Pour 1 cup of boiling water into the bowl with bulgur.
  2. Chop parsley. Cut tomato and cucumbers into small cubes. Add chopped mint and salt.
  3. Leave these ingredients for 10-20 minutes.
  4. Mix olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. When bulgur is already soft, mix it with the rest of ingredients and yummy sour dressing.
