Tabbouleh Salad. Exotic Arabian Dish
There should be used a big amount of parsley for cooking this dish. So, get rid of the stems and wash leaves well.
Total calories in the prepared dish
- Pour 1 cup of boiling water into the bowl with bulgur.
- Chop parsley. Cut tomato and cucumbers into small cubes. Add chopped mint and salt.
- Leave these ingredients for 10-20 minutes.
- Mix olive oil and lemon juice.
- When bulgur is already soft, mix it with the rest of ingredients and yummy sour dressing.
