Instructions:
  1. To make this pie, you can use both canned sweet potatoes or fresh ones. If you have enough time, it is better to boil the potato at home. Prepare it beforehand and leave it to cool down.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Cover a baking tray with some oil.
  3. Whisk the butter and sugar carefully.
  4. Mash the boiled sweet potatoes, cooking the tender pie filling. Add all the spices and pour some milk into the bowl. Mix everything well.
  5. Take a separate bowl and whisk egg whites in it. When a tender foam forms, you can mix it with the sugar and pour this mass into the bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Fill the pie crust with this bright orange mass. Bake this yummy dessert for 40 minutes.

 If there are leftovers of sweet potato pie, you can freeze them, but it won’t be as tasty afterwards. Cooks recommend to freeze the pie before baking it. This way,  you’ll be able to make an easy dessert anytime you like .
