You won`t waste much time on cooking, but the results will surprise you. Little cookies melt in the mouth. And their sweet filling gives a great deal of zest.   1. Separate the yolks and the whites of 2 eggs.
  2. Mix room-temperature margarine with the sour cream and yolks.
  3. Add flour and a pinch of salt into the bowl. Mix the dough.
  4. Remember that the dough shouldn`t be too soft. And of course, it shouldn`t be sticky.
  5. Cover the dough with the plastic wrap.
  6. Put it in the fridge for one hour.
  7. Mix egg whites with sugar and whip it well. I prefer using mixer instead of the whisk.
  8. Get the dough out of the fridge and cut it into 10-12 pieces.
  9. Flatten each part of the dough and fill it with the cream. Wrap it by half and then fourfold.
  10. Put the cookies on the tray.
  11. Bake it until golden-yellow at 302 degrees.
  12. When the cookies are cool, dust them with the sugar powder. I use a lot of it, `because it makes the desert tastier.
