  1. Take a bowl and put the eggs into it.
  2. Add flour and mix with a whisk to avoid lumps.
  3. Add salt and sour cream. Stir well.
  4. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  5. Heat a pan and cover it with butter.
  6. Add dough, cover the pan with the lid and cook on medium heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  7. Flip the pancake and immediately cover it with cheese so that there is enough time for it to melt.
