Summer vegetable salad with pumpkin and Mozzarella cheese

One of the most interesting dishes in the Mediterranean cuisine is summer salad with pumpkin. You should try to cook it!

Mozzarella cheese
1 small pack
Sweet pepper

Cherry tomatoes
10 pieces
Sunflower seeds

Olive oil
4 tbsp.
Italian herb mix
Lettuce
Lemon juice
1 tbsp.
Cilantro
0.3 tsp.
Salt, sweet-scented pepper

Instructions:
  1. Cut pumpkin into pieces and fry it on the pan, covered with olive oil. Add herbs. Put fried pumpkin into the plate and leave it to cool down. Fry sunflower seeds in the dry pan.
  2. Cook the dressing: mix lemon juice, olive oil, cilantro, salt, sweet-scented pepper to taste.
  3. Put lettuce on the plate. Cover it with sliced sweet pepper, cherries, cut into halves, mozzarella cheese.
Pour dressing on the top of this salad, decorate it with seeds and serve! Bon Appetite!
