Instructions:
  1. Start by cooking juicy and yummy mushrooms. Cut them into thin slices. Chop onion.
  2. Preheat the frying pan with the small amount of vegetable oil. Cook it until it has light golden color.
  3. Add mushrooms and spices to taste. Cook everything for additional 5-6 minutes.
  4. Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Use sweet cherry tomatoes to make the taste of the dish brighter.
  5. Mix mushrooms with tomatoes. Add chopped garlic and fresh herbs.
  6. Grate hard cheese and add it to the bowl as well. Mix everything carefully.
  7. Fill fresh salad leaves with this mass. Form tight rolls. You can fix each one with the toothpick.

Arrange all green rolls on the plate and serve them immediately. Bon Appetit!
