Summer Red Soup with Boiled Egg
This unusual Eastern recipe for a yummy soup is great for summer days. However, you may cook it and eat as a snack in winter.

Wash meat and cut it into pieces.
Peel 1 carrot and grate it. Add meat and carrot into the pan. Pour 3 l of cold water into it. Add bay leaves. Cook everything until the meat is ready. Then you`ll need to boil 2 peeled potatoes. Take them out of the pan and mash.
Get rid of the bay leaves and carrot. Grate another carrot and fry it in the pan with the vegetable oil. Add peeled and sliced tomatoes. Stew everything until there is no more liquid in the pan.
Peel 2 more potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add these cubes into the pan. Boil everything for 10 minutes. Add chopped cabbage, fried vegetables, mashed potato.
Serve this yummy soup, decorated with the halves of boiled eggs, sour cream and chopped herbs.
