  1. Boil pasta shells in the pan with cold salty water,
  2. When it`s ready, strain your shells and wash them with the glass of cold water for them not to be too soft.
  3. Now you may cook the filling. Be sure, it`s very easy. Chop parsley.
  4. Mash garlic and mix it with the egg, minced meat and herbs. Add salt, black pepper and paprika.
  5. Fill the ceramic tray, covered with the olive oil, with the spicy tomato sauce.
  6. Stuff each shell with the mixture of meat and spices. Put all these shells on the top of the tomato sauce, forming the circle.
  7. Add mozzarella cheese on the top of these shells. Put the tray into the preheated oven. Bake your casserole for about 20 minutes.
