Red bell pepper may be eaten fresh or used while cooking various dishes. Today I will share with you one interesting recipe for a yummy pepper, filled with the mixture of vegetables and cheese.

- Wash pepper and cut off the top of it. Get rid of the seeds. Put the vegetable into the form.
- Slice tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, onion and garlic. Grate cheese.
- Chop herbs and mix them with minced meat. Add salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Fill pepper with this stuffing.
- Bake peppers in the pan preheated to 356 F for 30 minutes.
