Red bell pepper may be eaten fresh or used while cooking various dishes. Today I will share with you one interesting recipe for a yummy pepper, filled with the mixture of vegetables and cheese.

Wash pepper and cut off the top of it. Get rid of the seeds. Put the vegetable into the form.
Slice tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini, onion and garlic. Grate cheese.
Chop herbs and mix them with minced meat. Add salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients in the bowl. Fill pepper with this stuffing.
Bake peppers in the pan preheated to 356 F for 30 minutes.
