Stuffed Potato with Ham And Cheese
Here is the recipe of delicious potato, stuffed with cream cheese, garlic and prosciutto.

Wash potatoes, wipe them, using paper towel and cover with 4-5 layers of the tinfoil. Put them into the tray and cook in the preheated to 356 degrees oven. Bake potato for 1,5 hours. Time of cooking depends on the size of vegetables.
Take potatoes out of the oven. Cut each potato without unwrapping it. Unpack each half. While potato is hot, separate skins and pulp. Mash it without taking the pulp out of the skin. Add piece of butter and salt into each half of potato. Mash these ingredients until there is smooth potato mass.
Mix cream cheese with mashed garlic and cream. Put this mass into each half of potato. Decorate yummy potatoes with prosciutto slices, pieces of carrot and herbs.
