Stuffed peppers for diner
This dish is low in calories and may be eaten for dinner. You may also stuff you peppers with carrot, nuts, mayonnaise, cheese, garlic or cottage cheese.
Grate carrot and cheese. Add mashed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix this spicy mass.
Wash peppers and get rid of the core and seeds. Stuff them with spicy mixture and put into the fridge for 3-4 hours.
Cut peppers into circles and put them into the plate.
Decorate this snack with sliced olives and chopped parsley. You`re done!
