Instructions:
  1. Grate carrot and cheese. Add mashed garlic and mayonnaise. Mix this spicy mass.
  2. Wash peppers and get rid of the core and seeds. Stuff them with spicy mixture and put into the fridge for 3-4 hours.
  3. Cut peppers into circles and put them into the plate.

Decorate this snack with sliced olives and chopped parsley. You`re done!
