Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare mushrooms. Remove the stem and wash cups carefully. Dry each one with the paper towel. Do not soak them in the water.
  2. Cover the tray with olive oil and put all the cups into it. Set it aside.
  3. Melt butter in the pan with the thick bottom. Chop onion and garlic. Add them to the pan with melted butter and cook for about a minute, stirring constantly. Onion will become soft and you`ll feel this fragrant of garlic-flavored oil. Pour melted butter with onion and garlic to the pan.
  4. Cook chopped sausage in the pan with the leftovers of the butter. Fry it for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time with the spatula.
  5. Add fried sausage to the bowl with onion. Add cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Mix everything carefully and add chopped parsley to this mass.
  6. Mix everything one more time. Fill each mushroom cap with this mass.
  7. To make this appetizer crunchy, top it with breadcrumbs. If you like, you can also add more cheese on the top each mushroom.
  8. Bake them for 15-20 minutes.

Serve warm or cold. If you like, you can top your appetizer with parsley. It`s not recommended to make this dish ahead.
