Instructions:
  1. Start cooking this dish with the easiest part of the process. Pour milk into the large bowl. Add 5 eggs.
  2. Whisk everything carefully for about a minute.
  3. Add the flour into your bowl with liquid ingredients.
  4. Stir in a cup of cocoa.
  5. Add salt and baking soda.
  6. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap. Leave it for 15 minutes.
  7. In the meantime prepare the filling. Transfer cottage cheese to the empty bowl.
  8. Add sugar and sour cream.
  9. Pour in vanilla extract. Grate tangerine zest. Add it to the bowl with tender cottage cheese as well.
  10. Mix everything carefully. Pour in 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
  11. Add the leftovers of the vegetable oil into the frying pan.
  12. Form thin crepes and fry them from both sides. Leave chocolate crepes to cool down.
  13. Form tight rolls and transfer them to the silicone form. Cover the layer made of crepes with creamy mass. Add another layer.
  14. Bake everything for 15 minutes at 365 F.
