Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 356 F. Cover the form with butter.
  2. Take a bowl and mix crushed cookies with melted butter in it. Cover the form with the thin layer of this mass.
  3. Bake everything for 6-8 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven and leave it to cool down.
  4. Meanwhile cook the filling. Whip cream cheese, using a powerful mixer. Add sugar and salt. Mix everything one more time. Add eggs, vanilla, sour cream and lemon zest. Cover the “dough” with this creamy layer.
  5. Bake everything for 50-55 minutes. Take the tray out of the oven. Put the cheesecake on the grid and leave it to cool down. Then you`ll need to put this dessert into the fridge.
  6. Put sugar and strawberry into the bowl of the food processor. Whip everything until the mass is smooth. Pour this liquid mass into the pan and heat it.
  7. Add gelatin into the bowl with the boiling water. Leave it for 2-3 minutes. Add gelatin mass into the bowl with the strawberry syrup. Heat everything until gelatin melts. Take the pan off the fire and leave this yummy red mass to cool down.
  8. Cover the cheesecake with this sweet and bright layer. Cover the plate with your dessert with the lid and leave cheesecake in the fridge for the whole night.
