  1. First, you need to cook the dough. Whip eggs and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Add baking soda and flour.
  2. Pour this dough into the form and bake it in the preheated oven at 356 degrees for 7-10 minutes. When it`s ready, leave it to cool down in the form and then take it out of it. If you try to do everything vice versa, you`ll spoil the form of the pastry.
  3. Mix gelatin with 2-3 tablespoons of cold water for 20-30 minutes. Divide strawberry into 2 parts. Leave a half of it for decoration. Use another part of berries for cooking cream. Mash it with lemon juice and sugar in the bowl of the blender.
  4. Then mix cottage cheese with cream cheese. Combine these 2 masses and whip them until smooth. Heat gelatin (but do not boil it) until it melts. Slowly add it into the bowl with cream and mix everything well. Cover sponge cake with this sweet mass. Put your cake into the fridge for several hours.
  5. Decorate your cake with strawberry without taking it out of the form. Mix jelly with water and pour this liquid on the top of the cake. You may replace it with gelatin, however, you`ll need to wait longer until your dessert is be ready.
  6. Take the cake out of the form, Cut off the edges.
  7. Decorate them with grated chocolate or any other ingredient.
