Stewed potato with meat and yummy vegetables is another time-tested dish, you`re going to love!
You may cook this dish in the pan, pot or slow cooker. Today I will teach you to cook this yummy main meal, using a pan.

Instructions:
  1. Wash pork and wipe it using a paper towel. Cut it into middle-sized pieces. Put meat into the preheated frying pan. If pork is lean, add butter.
  2. Fry everything from both sides. At the end, add salt, pepper, dry thyme for the dish to be fragrant. Put meat into the pan.
  3. Take the pan with the leftovers of the fat. Chop onion and grate carrot. Add all the vegetables into the pan and cook for several minutes. Add them into the pan with the meat.
  4. Pour 500 ml of water into the frying pan. Add salt, bay leaf and pepper. Boil everything.
  5. Use this fragrant bouillon to cover the vegetables and meat. Stew everything for 30-40 minutes for the pork to become softer. At the end, add one spoon of tomato sauce and boil everything.
  6. Peel potato and cut it into pieces. Add these cubes into the pan and stew everything for 20 more minutes.
  7. When potato is almost ready, add dill and chopped garlic.
  8. Take the pan off the fire. Leave it in the pan for 10 minutes. This will help you to get potato with the rich taste.
