Instructions:
  1. Mix all the spices and fry them on the pan with the preheated oil.
  2. Cut carrot and bell pepper into thin strips.
  3. Add these vegetables into the pan and fry them for several minutes.
  4. Chop cabbage and add it into the frying pan. Slow down the fire and stew all the vegetables in the pan covered with the lid. You need to stir everything from time to time. If your cabbage isn`t juicy enough, add water.
  5. In several minutes, add salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
  6. Cut prunes into thin strips.
  7. When your cabbage is ready, add prunes and parsley.
  8. Mix everything well, wait for 2 minutes and turn off the fire.

This dish may be served with mashed potato, rice or vegetarian chops. Bon Appetite!
