Steak with Garlic and Rosemary

Instructions:
  1. Fill the pan with 200 ml of olive oil. Add rosemary. Boil it and leave to cool down for 2 hours. Strain oil.
  2. Cover all the steaks with one spoon of olive oil. Add salt and pepper. Heat two more spoons of oil in the pan. Fry your steaks from both sides quickly. Leave them for 10 minutes. Wash and dry the pan.
  3. Add the rest of olive oi. Add slices garlic. Continue cooking your steaks, turning them over regularly. Fry your steaks for 3-4 minutes. Meanwhile your garlic will turn golden, but won`t burn. Get rid of it. Strain oil into the small bowl.
  4. Cut steaks. Preheat these leftovers of the garlic oil and cook small slices for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 spoon of rosemary oil and put these steaks on the plate.

Add sea salt and the rest of rosemary oil on the plate.
