  1. To cook steak in the cast iron, you do not need to use any unnecessary ingredients. Choose a good piece of meat. It may be hanger, “outside” skirt, chuck-eye, flat iron or strip. Take the steaks out of the packages, wash and dry, using paper towels.
  2. Heat the iron skillet and sprinkle it with salt. Wait for 7-8 minutes for the pan to be very hot.
  3. When you're ready, transfer the steak to the pan. Wait for a minute and turn it over carefully. It will be evenly covered with salt. Press it gently with tongs.
