Instructions:
  1. First, wash each squash and cut it in 2 pieces. Get rid of seeds. Then you`ll need to cut each half into small cubes. Add vegetable oil to the pan with the thick bottom. Add veggies and stew everything for 20-30 minutes.
  2. Wash carrot and grate it.
  3. Preheat the frying pan with the small amount of olive oil. Cook grated carrot in it until it is soft. Add all the spices needed and mix everything one more time.
  4. Add fried carrot to the pan with the squash. Stew everything for 10 more minutes.
  5. When your dish is almost ready, add fresh tomato paste or even chopped ripe tomatoes. Stie in fresh lemon juice and saute your meal for 5 minutes.
  6. When you`re done, turn off fire and leave your dish to cool down. Then mash all the mas using a powerful blender and transfer to the containers, covering them with the lids.
