Instructions:
  1. To begin with, whisk the dressing. Combine red wine vinegar with fresh lemon juice. Add mustard. Chop onion and add it to the bowl as well. Set the bowl aside and leave it for 10 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, salt and pepper. Whisk everything one more time.
  3. Now you need to prepare salmon. Mix paprika with a pinch of sugar and salt. Rub salmon with this mixture. Leave your salmon in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  4. Heat the grill and cook this dish at 400 F. Sprinkle it with the olive oil. Arrange salmon fillets on the grill and cook them for 10 minutes from both sides.
  5. When you`re done, take the fish out of the grill and leave it to cool down before cutting into smaller slices and serving with fresh herbs and the sauce.
