  1. Take a deep bowl and whip 4 eggs in it. If you use mixer, it will take about 1 minute.
  2. When the mass is light enough, add sugar into this mass. Continue whipping everything for five more minutes.
  3. Take a separate bowl. Sift the flour through the sieve and fill the bowl with it. This will help you to make your dessert airy and tender. Add vanilla, salt and baking powder into the bowl. Mix all these dry ingredients carefully.

  10. Mix cold cream with cottage cheese.
  11. Cut sponge cake in two parts. Cover them with the creamy mass.
  12. Decorate the top and the edges of the cake with the rest of cream and enjoy the taste.
