Sponge Cake Roll with Strawberry Jam

  1. Cook the sponge cake. Whip egg whites with a pinch of salt. Mix yolks with sugar until the mass is white.
  2. Sift the flour through the sieve and add a half of it into the bowl with yolks. Carefully mix yolks and whites.
  3. Cover the tray with baking paper and will it with the dough. Flatten it. Put sponge cake into the oven preheated to 392 F.
  4. Cook tender cream. Whip cream. Heat egg and yolk on the water bath. Mix gelatin with the small amount of water and leave this bowl for several minutes. When eggs are cold, you need to mix them with gelatin and cream. Put this cream into the fridge for an hour.
  5. Take your sponge cake out of the oven. Cover it with raspberry jam and cream. Form roll, using a towel.

Put this roll into the fridge for 2-3 hours. Don`t forget to decorate it with fresh berries! When it`s ready, you can slice your dessert and eat it with pleasure.
