Instructions:
  1. Start cooking this no crust quiche by preheating the oven to 350 F. Cover a baking pan with olive oil.
  2. Heat the remaining oil in a big frying pan. Add minced garlic, sliced mushrooms and chopped onion. Cook over a low heat for 4-6 minutes. Remove the frying pan from the heat.
  3. Chop fresh spinach and add it into the pan carefully.
  4. Take an empty bowl. Whisk 4 eggs with 4 egg whites in it. Pour in milk. Add grated hard cheese and salt with pepper.
  5. Transfer the vegetables into the prepared baking pan. Add this creamy mixture into the bowl as well.
  6. Bake this dish for 30-40 minutes until it is ready.
