Spinach is rich in vitamins. It is useful for your health and nervous system. I want to share with you one simple recipe of spinach pie with cheese. It healthy and yummy. I often cook it at the beginning of the summer. When there is a lot of greens everywhere, you shouldn`t lose this possibility. Cook interesting dishes with greens and get as much vitamins as possible. In this recipe fresh spinach is used. It means that it will make you healthier and improve your mood.
Here are several advices. First, use really big amount of spinach. Green onion and dill are used only to give the pie nice aroma. You may also add other greens, for example, parsley. Still, remember that the main ingredient here should be spinach. And finally, you shouldn`t waste your time on cooking the dough. I use puff pastry for cooking this pie.

Instructions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 428 degrees
  2. Wash greens well. Chop onion.
  3. Cut off the edges and chop the greens and spinach.
  4. Grate cheese.
  5. Mix all the greens in one plate. Add 1/3 tsp salt.
  6. Add the eggs.
  7. Then add grated cheese.
  8. Mix everything well.
  9. Puff pastry should be defrosted beforehand. Dust the table with the flour and flatten the dough on it. Do it carefully, using rolling pin. The size of it should be the same as the size of your tray.
  10. Cover the tray with tinfoil. You do not need to lubricate it with butter or oil. Put puff pastry on it and cover with the stuffing. The edges should be empty.
  11. Bake it at 428 degrees for 18-20 minutes until it`s ready.
  12. Take the pie out of the oven and cover it with the tinfoil. Leave it for 30 minutes.
  13. Cut your pie into pieces. You may use special knife for pizza.
