Instructions:
  1. First, cook zucchini. Wash them, dry with a paper towel and cut into thin slice.
  2. Cover baking tray with the parchment. Sprinkle the slices of zucchini with the vegetable oil. Arrange them on the tray and bake for 30 minutes at 375 F.
  3. In the meantime cook the filling. Grate carrot on the coarse grater.
  4. Chop fresh herbs and garlic. Grate cheese on the coarse grater. Mix all these ingredients in the deep bowl. Add mayonnaise and mix everything one more time.
  5. Take the tray out of the oven. Fill each zucchini slice with this tender mass and fix small rolls with the toothpick.

Serve this snack on the large plate, covered with salad leaves. Bon Appetit!
