Spicy Vegetable Stew

- Wash broccoli, wipe and tore.
- Peel red bell peppers and get rid of the seeds. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- Cut tomatoes into small cubes. Peel onion and chop it. Cut carrot into cubes.
- Put deep frying pan on the fire. Add vegetable oil and heat it.
- Add vegetables into it. First fry zucchini for 5 minutes. Then you`ll need to add red bell pepper and onion. Continue frying.
- Add salt, pepper and spices. Then you`ll need to add tomatoes. Mix everything very carefully and stew for 5-8 more minutes.
