Instructions:
  1. Start cooking your spicy Mexican lasagna by frying meat. Cook fresh ground pork and ground beef. Stir everything constantly. When meat has a light brown color, you can add salt, pepper, spices and salsa.
  2. Reduce the heat and simmer everything for 10-15 minutes.
  3. In the meantime, fill a baking pan with lasagne sheets. Pour in hot water and leave them for half an hour. Drain water and set the pan aside.
  4. Preheat the oven and cover the layer made of lasagne sheets with the meaty sauce. Add a portion of beef and corn.
  5. Repeat the same one more time. If you want your fragrant lasagna to have a creamy taste, add a layer of grated cheese. It's also important to make the cheese layer the last one.
  6. Cover the pan with the tinfoil. Bake this amazing Mexican beef lasagna for 20-30 minutes.
  7. Take the pan out of the oven and set it aside. Wait for your meal to cool down. Serve this delicious dish while it's still hot.
