Instructions:
  1. Preheat large frying pan. Pour in oil and add fennel seeds and cumin seeds into it. Cook them for about a minute, stirring constantly.
  2. Remove frying pan from heat and let seeds to cool down. Grind them and mix with red pepper flakes and paprika.
  3. Add salt and mix everything one more time.
  4. Wash pork ribs carefully and dry them. Rub pork with spices carefully. Leave meat to cool down for 6-8 hours. This will make your dish more fragrant.
  5. Take pork ribs out of the fridge and leave for 2 hours in the warm place.
  6. Now mix olive oil with rosemary. Set the bowl aside.
  7. Preheat the oven to 440 F.
  8. Cut onions into half-rigs. Toss them with the leftovers of the oil. Transfer onion rings to the preheated frying pan. Add salt to taste.
  9. Cook it for several minutes until onion is soft.
  10. Now you can roast pork. Cook it in the oven for about 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 F. Add onions and cook pork for one more hour.
  11. Now you can turn off the fire. Take the tray with pork out of the oven and cover meat with tinfoil. Leave it for 20 minutes.

 Slice pork before serving. If you want to make the dish even tastier, add fresh rosemary sprigs. You can also serve meat with your favorite sauce.
