Instructions:
  1. First, prepare your fillet. Wash each fish carefully and cut it into smaller slices. Wet them using paper towels.
  2. Take a middle-sized bowl and make marinade in it. It is very easy to cook. Mix mayonnaise with mustard. Add fresh chopped dill, salt, pepper and dry garlic to taste. Mix everything carefully.
  3. Cover each slice of fish with this mass. Transfer them to the baking pan. Cover everything with the tinfoil.
  4. Leave it in the fridge for the whole night.
  5. Preheat the pan with the small amount of the vegetable oil. Cook each slice of fish from both sides for several minutes. Then you`ll need to transfer all the slices of fish to the pan and top with sour cream or lean yoghurt. Saute everything for 5 minutes.

Serve this yummy fish with mashed potatoes or baked vegetables. This dinner will be very tasty.
