Instructions:
  1. Mash 2 cups of pork, using a meat grinder. Cut the third one into small pieces.
  2. Mix pork in the big bowl. Chop parsley and add it into the bowl with the minced meat.
  3. Take another bowl and mix vegetable oil with the paprika in it. Add these ingredients into the bowl with minced meat and mix everything using your hands. Wear gloves for your hands not to become red after the contact with bright paprika.
  4. Put the sausages into the form. Add water for it to cover the sausages. Bake them in the preheated oven for a half an hour. Meanwhile prepare the vegetables. Cut red bell pepper into long thin slices. Slice onion into half-rings.
  5. When the sausages are ready, unwrap them and cut into 3 small pieces.
  6. Preheat the frying pan and add 1.5 spoon of the vegetable oil. Add the slices of the sausages into it. Mash garlic and add it into the pan together with the rest of paprika.
  7. Take the sausages out of the pan and put them on the plate. Use the leftovers of the fat ot fry the onion. When it`s ready, out it on the plate with the sausages and get down to cooking pepper. Put it into the pan. Add salt, sugar and wine vinegar. Cook it until the vegetable is half-ready.
