Instructions:
  1. Start cooking chili con carne by preparing the vegetables. Peel and chop onion, mince garlic. Cut red hot chili pepper and green pepper into thin slices.
  2. Preheat the frying pan with half of the oil. Add minced garlic and fry it for 2 minutes. Transfer the rest of the ingredients to the pan and cook for 3 more minutes. All the vegetables should become soft.
  3. Transfer all the vegetables onto a plate. Add the rest of the oil into the pan. Cook the meat in it, stirring constantly. It will take about 5 minutes.
  4. Now you should add the rest of the ingredients into the pan. Open the can with tomatoes and dice them. Add them together with tomato paste and all the spices into the pan.
  5. Reduce the heat, pour in broth and simmer everything for half an hour.
  6. Check this dish from time to time and add more water if needed. Open the can with beans. Add them into the pan and cook the dish for 10 more minutes. Add salt and pepper to the chili con carne to taste.
