Spicy chicken fillet is very tasty. If you like such a hot poultry, cook chicken fillet with soy sauce for lunch or dinner. In order for this dish to be spicy, serve it without any garnish. It may be eaten with fresh vegetables or salads. I also recommend you to serve chicken together with spicy marinade. You may serve it in the small bowl or pour spicy liquid on the top of
· Chicken fillet – 2 and ½ cups
· Garlic – 3 cloves
· Soy sauce – 50 ml.
· Ground red pepper – ½ tsp.
· Ground cilantro – 1/5 tsp.
· Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp.
· Salad leaves – for serving.
1. Wash chicken fillet and wipe it, using paper towels. Get rid of extra fat. Put fillet into the bowl and cover poultry with soy sauce.
2. Peel garlic and chop it. Cover chicken fillet with it from both sides. Rub poultry with red pepper and ground cilantro.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put into the fridge for several hours. Meat will absorb part of this sauce. Now you may start frying.
4. Preheat the frying pan, covered with vegetable oil. Put fillet into it and fry on the slow fire. Pan should be covered with the lid. Cook chicken for 7 minutes. Then turn it over, using a spatula.
5. If fillet is too thick, you may cook it for several more minutes. Add water into the pan and stew poultry for 10 minutes.
Serve this spicy chicken on the plate, covered with salad leaves. You may cut it into cubes. Don`t forget to cover chicken with the rest of marinade.
