  1. This is one of the best and simple recipes for carrot muffins. To cook such a yummy dessert, you need to mix sugar, vanilla, flour, baking powder, soda and spices. Take another bowl and mix liquid ingredients in it. Whip eggs with the vegetable oil.
  2. Grate carrot and add it into the bowl with dry ingredients. Add whipped eggs and mix everything until smooth.
  3. Pour this mass into small forms. If you use silicone forms, get down to cooking. Otherwise you`ll need to lubricate the form with the butter or cover it with baking paper.
  4. Preheat the oven to 356 degrees and bake your muffins for 20-25 minutes.
