Hello. Today I am cooking the special apple pie. Traditional apple pie will surprise nobody, but this one is special. Instructions:
  1. Put in the bowl butter (at room temperature), add sugar, salt, vanilla.
  2. Beat with a mixer for 1-2 minutes until fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, stirring the dough each time.
  4. Add the baking powder to flour and sift.
  5. Combine the sifted flour with the dough gradually. Mix well.
  6. Add the cream into the dough.
  7. Grease the baking form with a non-stick emulsion or vegetable oil.
  8. Put the dough into the form.
  9. Peel the apples, remove the core, cut it into slices.
  10. Put the apples in a bowl, drizzle them with lemon juice and stir.
  11. Put the apple slices on the dough, press them with a spatula.
  12. Put in the oven, preheated to 392 F (200 C) degrees and bake for 35-45 minutes until golden brown and until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cakes comes out clean.
